Even if you pay low, are your incentives enough? or do you really release the incentives? Are their breaks given on time? Do the supervisors really know how to handle their accounts or just power hungry? Do you conduct meetings regularly to update your agents and boost their morale? Honestly, upon recent surveys, it's second this country's worst call center we know.</description>

I have a friend who unluckily was not able to join your company and still wasn't able to get his salary.  He used to work at your Ortigas Branch.
