Hi Ron! I also want to work with Sitel but hows d base pay? Is it more than 15K??

    By ron2008-01-12 04:17:21

I'm a first timer in call center industry,, I've just signed a contract with Sitel,, as a first timer oriented by sitel, i could say that there's really a career in this industry.. Many people who have their diploma or bachelor's degree prefer to work as an agent. I'm an undergraduate student, but i consider this field as a temporary source for living,,, education must be pursued. Aside from earning a LOT, i also wanna learn how to smoke, wearing sun-glass, and jacket/sweater, just like what i see in a typical male call center agent... Also , to hang around ORTIGAS, SM, ... I remember, when i was on the hot seat, i told the interviewer i don't smoke and when i see a person (callcent agent) smokes, it seems (for me) they're losing professionalism. Then she said " what if i tell you " i'm a smoker, i go downstairs and smoke, it releases stress daw, are you saying that i'm not professional?" maybe, she expected that I'm going to eat back the words that i've thrown out,,,,,,,, but no... I stand for what i said,, that's my opinion.... but now,, several days after the interview, i feel like i want to smoke,,,, feels like i want to take the words back, so when i smoke tomorrow, I'll not call myself unprofessional. That part of the interview could be the reason why she hired me,,, aside form passing several steps, sucking phone simulation where i received appraisal( ow! u'r voice is enthusiastic, it's lively blah blah blah)... in that phone simulation , i didn't use british /american /australian accent, though i could , i preferred philienglish accent, we filipinos speak clear that way,, maybe in the future i cud use a"hary pottah" accent whenever there's a british caller. haaay gudlak na lang!!! sna maka adjust ako using CIRCADIAN CLOCK!!! HAHAHA,, GO cALL CENTER AGENTS (anumang company yan,,, we are all the same,, CUTE/))) HEHE

It's actually nice to work with Teleperformance. They got a very competitive pay than other call centers in Bacolod. If you are keeping your eye out for the right career, it's time to stop your search and pursue a career with Teleperformance. The benefits are boundless!

before i worked as an agent for a local account... TM to be exact. and the company was ADVANCED CONTACT SOLUTION. the working area, as in the surroundings and people are all great! except for two things... the compensation. you wouldn't think that you're an agent, as in MINIMUM! how could that possibly be???! often i got tonsillitis and loose my voice kc i have to explain over and over again s makukulit n subscribers... but we got paid a minimum amount. 2nd are the SUBORDINATES, TL's,etc. wala nmn ginwa kundi mkinig ng mga recorded conversation, but they're being paid ng maganda. mghapon ngtsi-tsismisan... bawal ang cel s loob, but the we're the first to break the rules! kya s batch nmin, out of 30, 2 nlng ang ngstay. kakaiba cla. sobra!

SUCCESSFULCALL TRAINING CAREER: This is a follow up of my post earlier. I went to read the other posts and I believe that there are a lot of people who are potential call center agents but who failed because of lack of awareness about the nature of the work. If there are people who are interested to learn all these in one day, please contact me at 0906 2071281. I will organize a training session at Uniwide Las Piñas one weekend for you to learn the basics in one day. It is up to you if you would like to have follow up sessions. After the training, I will refer you in applying in the call center where I am but I will not advise you to apply yet if I feel you are not yet ready. Why? Its because you will get P2,500 every 3 months for 1 year if you succeed and I get P5,000 if you are accepted. So its a win-win situation. Since the venue of the training is not free, I will require 200 pesos fee and a minimum of 20 participants for a whole day seminar. If you have a barkada and a place where we could hold this which has a sound system, vcd player and tv set, I can charge 100 per participant. But you have to pay for my transportation, food and snacks. Im from Alabang and only available on weekends. So get your career moving and contact me now!

WANT TO BE A GOOD CALL CENTER AGENT? Hello to all those who would like to have a career in call centers. I have been a teacher for 20 yrs and a school administrator for more than 3 yrs and I never thought I would like to take a career shift in call centers. I am a new CSR right now in a reputable call center. Im just in my 3 months of training but my training as a teacher and administrator made me see how I could help people become successful call center agents. I have developed a training module that will make them not only become successful in the call center but also be HAPPY AND SUCCESSFUL in life. So if you're interested to learn this, contact me at 0906 2071281. Las Piñas and Alabang residents are preferred. But if you are willing to come to Las Piñas, you are welcome
