  10. Hi I just would like to comment on the way you released your back pay salaries. I have a friend who unluckily was not able to join your company and still wasn’t able to get his salary. He used to work at your Ortigas Branch. I hope you understand but its already over a month now. I hope you can do something to better improve your accounting system.

  11. Oh, i believe it’s a good call center in the US but better check how your sucat branch runs. You lose good agents in just a month! Even if you keep on hiring, you will still keep losing skilled and talented agents if you don’t choose the best and well trained supervisors, and check on each and every agents’s concern. ‘just a concerned technical agent..

  12. Before terminating agents, check and weigh things first. Why are agents resigning? Why are they lax on the floor? Do you inspire them? Even if you pay low, are your incentives enough? or do you really release the incentives? Are their breaks given on time? Do the supervisors really know how to handle their accounts or just power hungry? Do you conduct meetings regularly to update your agents and boost their morale? Honestly, upon recent surveys, it’s second this country’s worst call center we know.

  14. teleperformance really sucks. accm’s to down to supervisor do not consider the status of living when they terminate agents. this call center is abusing the filipinos..
