Sonyas Garden Tagaytay
Sonyas Garden in Tagaytay (other
people spell it as Sonia, but it's really Sonya) provides the perfect
weekend getaway for those who want to relax and unwind in a healthy, all
natural environment. Although it is not really part of Tagaytay proper,
it has come to be a favorite stopover for those visiting Tagaytay. It
used to be just a restaurant specializing in healthy, organic garden grown
vegetables. Now with more services available such as a Bed and Breakfast
inn, Full body massages and a beautiful flower garden, it has grown to
be one of the most popular attractions in Tagaytay despite its distance
from Tagaytay proper (maybe an extra 10 to 20 minute drive).
To get there, you have to go all the way to the end of Tagaytay. Once you see the Thank you for Visiting sign drive for another 5 minutes or so. Watch out for a sign to your right that says Buck Estates. Enter that and for another 5 minutes or so you'll spot a sign that says "Sonya's" on the left. By the way, make sure you make reservations, especially if you plan to avail for their bed and breakfast. It is nearly impossible to book on the spot. Below are contact numbers for resevations.
