Zamboanga

Zamboanga is a passage point for liners to Jolo and other points in the Sulu Archipelago, as well as to Cebu and Iloilo in the Visayas.

Zamboanga is one of the oldest cities in the Philippines and is also known as the City of Flowers. Zamboanga is a predominantly Roman Catholic city in the southern Philippines, a region where most people are Muslims. Zamboanga is also known as the City of Flowers because its naturally mild climate has resulted in numerous flower farms filled with numerous varieties. Zamboanga is the only city in the country and entire Asia where majority of the residents speak Chavacano.
